今日約咗家姐去慶祝生日, 因為我哋兩個都好鍾意食海膽， 梗係揀海膽做主題嘅餐廳啦。呢間海膽餐廳行高檔路線， 喺銅鑼灣中心地帶既10樓，風景好靚裝修精美。我哋嗌咗個二人豪華豐海膽盛餐。第一道餸係竹炭配海膽醬。竹炭麵包好鬆脆， 海膽醬好creamy。牛油果海鮮沙律～魚生壽司。串燒有三款。 每款２串～ 共６串飲住酒食串燒呢好超我哋我覺得豚肉蘋果係最好食嘅。 因為呢蘋果煮得好甜又爽海膽杯豆腐。味道口感擺設都精美配合出色。蟹甲羅豐富蟹膏魚子海膽人間極品然後呢我哋呢就食呢一個嘅黑豚肉配什菜同埋薯餅。非常之美味。海膽墨魚汁意粉。黑蒜椰菜～ 好香口薯餅~～
