To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

杏香荔茸松葉蟹鉗

呢個呢好味道真係唔識講,好似以前我哋酒樓食嘅蟹鉗咁,但係呢佢就包左一塊塊嘅杏仁片,而裏面呢就係包住新鮮嘅蟹鉗肉,再攞去炸,新鮮嘅蟹鉗肉好有彈性,一試難忘

呢個湯而家係我第二次飲啦因為第一次飲完之後覺得太好飲,所以今日再encore!
首先係將個椰子嘅水攞出嚟,然後再放入煲湯嘅材料例如雞,元貝,在加回椰子水,放入燉爐,再燉幾個鐘,呢個湯非常清甜!
