上次去完Jacky Yu 係灣仔的私房菜館後,對佢所創的菜式非常欣賞所以今年我的生曰晚餐決定和家人到他在太古城開設的囍宴 東‧丰今晚菜式(1)芥末胡麻醬青瓜拌海踅- 芥未加芝麻醬原來幾清新幾好味喎(2)老火靚湯 - Ok啦,只是無太大驚喜!(3)紅咖哩牛肉 - 與其他餐廳的咖哩汁很不同,但都幾辣吓(4)沙窩雲吞雞 - 啲雞肉很嫩滑,啲湯清清哋,雲吞很鮮甜,唔錯(5)金不換沙爹蛋黃蝦 - 蝦肉鮮甜,外殼炸得很香脆,持別之處係用鹹蛋來做醬汁,用來餸飯一流(6)囍宴XO醬炒蘿白糕 - 香口惹味,GOOD (7)大肚婆炒飯- 啲飯炒得好乾身,材料有薑、欖菜、蝦米、鹹酸菜、豆豉、葱菜、酸薑和鹹魚粒等,雖然配料都切成碎,但入口香濃,有獨持的味道,從末食過咁好味的炒飯只可惜今晚真是食得太多嘢了!望往甜品的餐牌都不能再Order -_-只有下次再試啦!初初有點擔心Jacky Yu不在店中監察,唔知食物水準會否下降,結果並沒有令我們失望

今晚菜式

(1)芥末胡麻醬青瓜拌海踅
- 芥未加芝麻醬原來幾清新幾好味喎

(2)老火靚湯
- Ok啦,只是無太大驚喜!
(3)紅咖哩牛肉
- 與其他餐廳的咖哩汁很不同,但都幾辣吓

(4)沙窩雲吞雞
- 啲雞肉很嫩滑,啲湯清清哋,雲吞很鮮甜,唔錯

(5)金不換沙爹蛋黃蝦
- 蝦肉鮮甜,外殼炸得很香脆,持別之處係用鹹蛋來做醬汁,
用來餸飯一流

(6)囍宴XO醬炒蘿白糕
- 香口惹味,GOOD

(7)大肚婆炒飯
- 啲飯炒得好乾身,材料有薑、欖菜、蝦米、
鹹酸菜、豆豉、葱菜、酸薑和鹹魚粒等,
雖然配料都切成碎,但入口香濃,有獨持的味道,
從末食過咁好味的炒飯


只可惜今晚真是食得太多嘢了!
望往甜品的餐牌都不能再Order -_-
只有下次再試啦!
