To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同朋友仔慶祝生日食buffet，剛好見到呢間網上做優惠就去試下😆海鮮豐富，尤其係蘇格蘭生蠔，肥美新鮮！😋 龍蝦、蟹腳都Ok，仲有蒸海鮮。熟食款式唔算好多但精緻，燒牛肉、羊架、煎鵝肝，肉質唔錯，好好味😋鵝肝好厚身，廚師煎得啱啱好，內裏軟熟，唔會太油！👍飲品仲包括紅白酒啤酒、cocktail有特色！茶包款式多！值得一讚食物不停供應，侍應服務友善，主動收碟 👍餐廳會提前聯絡確認訂枱，知道慶生會問是否需要訂蛋糕，而且有優惠，所以就訂了一個，蛋糕好靚又好食，壽星好開心！😊有機會下次再去！小小意見係枱與枱之間距離比較近，當日平日去食冇問題，如果假期人多可能會有點擠迫。
