之前同朋友去過希慎廣場上面食飯,朋友介紹地下的美食廣場B2有間食蠔唔錯,唔講我都唔知原來底下有美食廣場😂原來生蠔除咗雄性和雌性之外,另外仲有分養殖期,有分36、45、54、60 個月養殖。月份耐啲會大隻啲同飽滿啲,口感都會有唔同。我哋揀咗36mths,食落去比較creamy,有啲海水味,我覺得幾特別54mths,呢款比較大隻,咬落去比較清新帶點甜可以唧檸檬汁更帶出鮮味,又或者點茄汁食店員推介了佢哋嘅招牌菜, 烤香草三皇雞(半隻)伴牛油新薯牛肝菌汁,外皮烤到好脆,雞肉烤到好香之餘仲好嫩滑多汁。配埋個牛肝菌汁,超香。焗新薯口感爽脆啲,吸晒牛油同埋牛肝菌汁嘅鮮味。香煎挪威三文魚伴香滑薯泥檸檬牛油汁:個薯泥檸檬牛油汁酸酸哋,配海鮮啱晒。三文魚煎到皮脆肉嫩,一啲都唔鞋。仲有啲配菜蘆筍及甘筍,都係咁嫩。巨峰提子梳打:好香巨峰提子味
