之前食過係中環既S2 kitchen,覺得超正!最近得知佢地係佐敦開左間鐵板燒,所以就黎試下啦!門面大大只字,都幾有日本feel。坐低後職員先先奉上青檸水,清清地,好fresh!我叫左個原只毛蟹餐!呢個係前菜沙律鴨胸好爽,好林,淡淡既煙薰味。三點刺身鮮甜,蝦夠大只!只有一個廚師主持鐵板燒,但上菜都幾快,唔洗等好耐!主角—-毛蟹兩食原只鐵板燒!正!!肉質鮮甜、肉實淨,就甘篤就出,好好肉!餐廳會貼心地俾埋鉸剪同手套你慢慢mock!師傅落左少少調味落去,唔算好咸,唔會蓋過蟹既味道,煎到好香口!正!蟹蓋同蟹糕師傅加左蛋去蒸,面頭再加黑松露!超香!超多糕,味道好香濃!羊架剛好熟,肉質好嫩滑,加左少少既鹽同黑椒已經好能帶出羊架既味道!雞扒煎到外邊好脆,雞肉好滑,正!師傅係度炒飯,有氣勢!師傅炒呢個飯炒左好耐下,落足心機,因為加左唔少料,不斷炒,炒到佢乾身!所以食落炒飯粒粒分明,好香口。除左蛋、葱香外,仲有黑松露既香氣!炒野菜爽口!呢個紙包湯好特別!佢係用膠袋裝住湯同料,直接放係爐上加熱!唔會融架!唔洗好耐個湯就滾、蜆爆開,剪開個膠袋就飲得啦!!真係估佢唔到!個湯唔似得平時既麵豉湯甘咸,清清地,料多

不得不佩服鐵板燒既師傅,全晚得一個人燒,上菜都算快,仲保持水準!勁!
