Abalone, Plankton Seafood Congee🎖我完全冇想過個粥係綠色,雖然感覺有啲怪怪哋,但我都照食一啖,原來出奇地好味,好鼓勵大家 “唔好似貌取粥”🤣 Korean 1++ Ribeye一級韓牛,超級牛味。好彩碟邊有沙律,清吓口腔。準備食下一道菜…… 63C Egg, Lobster foam, Hokkaido Uni海膽味,非常濃縮, 雖然份量少少, 但每一啖都好滋味。 加埋溫泉蛋嘅蛋黃,非常濃沃嘅蛋香味,而且帶出海膽嘅鮮味,非常欣賞呢道菜,好有心思! NA Langoustine with Preserved Lemon第一次食海螯蝦食,覺得外貌好特別, 肉質都算嫩滑,仲有少少檸檬香,帶出一種新鮮感。 總結: 覺得呢一間真係好值得去試,每一個烹調過程細節位都諗得好周到,而且味道嘅配搭都非常之創新。

第一次食海螯蝦食,覺得外貌好特別, 肉質都算嫩滑,仲有少少檸檬香,帶出一種新鮮感。 

總結: 覺得呢一間真係好值得去試,每一個烹調過程細節位都諗得好周到,而且味道嘅配搭都非常之創新。
