To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不在香港三個多月,最想念的除了叉燒飯,就是早上去茶樓飲茶,或許這種活動聽起來非常老氣,一般小女生都不會喜歡,但我偏偏對吃點心情有獨鍾,而且覺得茶樓的點心更有風味。趁著今天比較空閒,就拉著父母到樓下的海寶海鮮酒家飲茶。這家茶樓是家人近幾年的飲茶必去地點,可能並不是很有名,只是家附近的茶樓,但對我來說卻是充滿回憶的地方,因為我在會考和高考放榜後也有和父母在這裡飲茶,不算慶祝,就只是單純地想放鬆一下,找個地方好好休息。茶樓這兩年好像有重新裝潢過,以前的內部不是長這樣,收錢的櫃檯也沒有那塊金光閃閃的「海寶」。與一般茶樓一樣,來飲茶的大多是上年紀的公公婆婆,星期六、日才會有帶同孫子的家庭,平日的話就只能看到老人家,我的年紀應該是全場最小的。先開一壺水仙。廣東話是「開一壺茶」,意思就是點自己想要喝的茶,一壺就是供一桌飲用,我們家的習慣是「水仙滾水」,侍應阿姨就會送上水仙及開水各一壺。這家的水仙還好,淡淡的茶味帶甘香,很順口。每次來海寶都會點粥,這次選的是皮蛋瘦肉粥,它們的粥底熬很久,非常綿滑,但絕對不是水汪汪的感覺,稠稠密密的口感值得大讚!至於皮蛋就不過不失,瘦肉有點柴。這是我最愛的蝦餃皇,外皮又

茶樓這兩年好像有重新裝潢過,以前的內部不是長這樣,收錢的櫃檯也沒有那塊金光閃閃的「海寶」。

每次來海寶都會點粥,這次選的是皮蛋瘦肉粥,它們的粥底熬很久,非常綿滑,但絕對不是水汪汪的感覺,稠稠密密的口感值得大讚!至於皮蛋就不過不失,瘦肉有點柴。

豆苗蝦餃,外皮和蝦餃一樣嫩,只是內餡的蝦子變少,換成豆苗,可能現在不是豆苗當造季節,所以豆苗不太好吃,太多粗糙的纖維,口感被影響。餡料蠻多,而且顏色也很好看,只是豆苗不當造就別選了。

海寶的流沙奶皇包很讚,送上桌的時候是熱呼呼,一口咬下去,裡面的奶皇餡就會源源不絕地留出來,濃郁的蛋黃味加上金黃色的餡料,視覺、嗅覺、味覺大滿足!

我從小就有「燒賣皇」的稱號,小時候跟家人上茶樓,一個人就獨佔整桌的燒賣,要是有其他人想吃,我就會大哭,哈哈哈,搞不懂我為什麼會這麼喜歡燒賣。這家的燒賣很好吃,豬肉味非常濃郁,裡面會有一隻蝦,咬下去是很爽口的感覺,每一口都很實在,用料豐盛!

再來一碟鮮蝦腸粉,外皮吃起來很嫩滑,但不算很薄,吃一條就會覺得很足夠。個人覺得,應該只有做成這個厚度才會有飽足感,也不會被老人家投訴「偷工減料」吧。
