因為某啲原因,我哋嘅死佬飯局無搞咗好耐,亦唔知幾時再搞番,所以,依家久唔久私下約啲個別死佬出嚟聚一聚。今晚嚟到銅鑼灣嘅「Bingo & Cook」食韓國嘢,皆因老友都睇韓劇,大家會話題更多,最近期嘅韓劇「優雅的家」喺小弟嘅心水推薦。雖然餐廳位處食廈裡面,但入到嚟,又別有洞天,落地大玻璃窗、高樓底、開放式廚房,都營造出時尚感。一邊牆上仲不停播放K-Pop,所以,全場滿座,大部份都喺啲後生仔。不過,溫馨一提,餐廳訂下1.5小時嘅用餐時間,所以,有心幫襯就要記得配合吓喇。店長、店員都喺韓國人,佢哋嘅英文幾好,所以,溝通唔難,大不了咪手指指囉。有別傳統嘅韓國餐廳,無慣見嘅韓式前菜提供,但翻開主餐牌,選擇亦非常多,如特色菜、炒年糕、韓式炸雞、韓式火鍋、韓式煎餅、拉麵、炒粉絲、炒飯……等等。炸雞、煎餅、炒粉絲,我哋都有中式嘅做法,但轉咗韓式,別有一番滋味,可謂異曲同工之妙。飲品選擇亦多呀,分酒精及非酒精,前者如韓式米酒、果酒、燒酒、生啤及樽裝啤酒……等等;後者就有特色碳酸水、奶昔、汽水、熱茶……等等。西柚碳酸水、水蜜桃碳酸水 @$56因為一心都諗住點客韓式炸雞,但又會點炒粉絲及煎餅,擔心奶昔會太飽

因為一心都諗住點客韓式炸雞,但又會點炒粉絲及煎餅,擔心奶昔會太飽肚,所以,碳酸水就最合襯,尤其搭炸雞。一口熱辣辣炸雞,一口「涼朕朕」碳酸水,爽呀,而且,我嘅西柚口味喺堅濃郁,飲到尾都無乜點淡過,友人嘅水蜜桃口味亦都清甜可口。

以往,會覺得嚟食炒粉絲,唔喺嘛!不過,自從睇過韓國綜藝「尹食堂2」,對韓國炒粉絲情有獨鍾,上次晌「炑八韓烤」都有食。呢客牛肉炒粉絲,裡面好多料,燈籠椒、本菇、洋葱、黑白芝麻……等等,啲牛肉好入味,又嫩口,粉絲煙煙韌韌且索滿汁,唔錯喔。

五花肉泡菜餅 $110

煎泡菜餅都幾鍾意食,餐牌中有幾款煎餅,難得朋友唔怕肥,就梗喺要試試五花肉泡菜餅啦。雖然個樣有啲似「薄撐」,但韓式煎餅較厚身,面頭鋪住一塊塊五花肉,並切成一格格,方便食用。底面都煎得乾爽,感覺不膩,泡菜配五花腩,掂喎,味道好夾,唔沾個醬油都已經好好食,點咗反而有啲鹹。

蜂蜜黃油炸雞 $118(半份)

以為半份唔會好多,一啲都唔喺,數一數,足足有成7大嚿,嚿嚿都炸得金黃唔油膩,仲糝滿芝士粉。一口咬落去,熱辣辣,外層極之香脆,雞肉則非常嫩滑,有微微蜂蜜香滲出嚟,堅好食。附有兩兜醬,一兜喺韓式醬油,可以當喺豉油咁用,另一兜黃色嘅有啲芥末味,又帶點檸檬嘅酸香,配炸雞好襯吓。

今晚所點嘅3款菜式,老友都好讚,尤其碟五花肉泡菜餅,佢話好少食,加上五花肉香而不膩。唔止啲嘢好食,環境又唔錯,啲韓國侍應亦好好招呼,兩個死佬食到撐肚皮,相信3個女生都夠食呀
