26/2(五) 6.30pm離開天水圍城,坐輕鐵到元朗找點吃的.阿梁對這家的爽腩已垂涏多時,今回終得償所願! 甫坐下,即要了爽腩米$28,淨腩什$24及炸魚皮$20.爽腩米--跟平日吃的爽腩有點不同,薄切面極廣的爽腩呈淡茶色,根膜跟腩相連著;質地富咬勁,牛味濃郁,湯底除以牛骨,再以紅棗,杞子,元肉,果皮,甘草,黨參,竹蔗茅根等藥材熬湯,味道濃郁而不熱氣!淨腩什--牛肚及牛筋腍得相當入味,嚴格一點,可說是過味.牛腩則比爽腩更費牙力去招呼.此外,用不太甜,卻無渣蘿蔔墊底.炸魚皮--八至十塊完整,薄脆,帶鹹香的炸魚皮,稱得上本人吃過最上乘的一家!阿姐服務爽快,老闆態度和善,為其出品,不枉此行!
