To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 自從搬到中上環這區,經常幫襯呢間拉麵。今日同家人黎到晚飯,被安排坐係bar台。企係bar台既一男一女侍應雞啄唔斷、自己傾計,逼食客(包括我和其它食客)邊食邊聽佢地既私人對話(好彩有口罩,否則佢地將係食材前口沫橫飛)。之後上少左配料已立即問侍應:第一次問,整緊;第二次問,您追加咁少,唔知點俾您;到第三次要我拿張單問,唔係追加,而係您未上。兩人先恍然大悟(但我已食完同準備埋單)。若果該員工覺得佢地既工作係傾計第一,顧客第二,無熟客(如我)再光顧。
