To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 馬鞍山外賣火鍋嘅選擇唔係好多，牛刷鍋算是大型連鎖分店，方便就腳，喺馬鞍山廣場，外賣都方便拎。二人餐$180左右，方便抵食但自取，最方便係即日order都有得攞，但套餐裏面嘅牛本身質素一般，可以加錢買靚啲嘅牛。份量唔少，二人餐足夠一家四口食，有公仔麵又有烏冬提供，適合一家大細。但湯底一般，有啲似出前一丁嘅牛肉麵湯底。套餐內有少量嘅海鮮、包括扇貝，雜丸同埋牛肉，不過我冇我最鍾意嘅響鈴，如果要食嘅話要另外買。
