To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期五晚沒book 位都可以直入2人仲有張4人檯這就是疫情下的餐廳嚟得呢間，都必點拉麵和小籠包$40/4粒，唔太抵，不過志在食吓上檯時好地地放咗一陣，未夾起就自己漏汁因朋友想食雲吞叫了個平平無奇的菜肉雲吞湯拉麵平時我會要求剪麵，易夾啲但店員提提我地如果生日就唔好剪因為麵寓意長壽，“剪麵”唔好意頭咁啱我同朋友就喺呢個月生日所以就冇要求剪麵不過夾時係難夾啲因為啲麵係手拉，係好長一條嘅雲吞沒驚喜個餡冇咩味其實成碗麵啲味好淡，啲湯冇味所以我覺得呢碗麵麻麻，雲吞都麻麻食唔晒，太淡茂茂雞絲粉皮唔錯個麻醬都幾多同埋鐘意佢啲粉皮好厚身好晶瑩剔透而且唔係碎濕濕嘅係好長一條作為前菜，份量唔多，$60係貴咗啲甜品點了鴛鴦高力豆沙店員主動為我們要求最後上上桌時微暖，食落剛剛好好似吃緊梳乎里嘅口感鴛鴦意思除了顏色外，高力豆沙的內餡也是不同黑：黑芝麻外皮+蔴蓉餡白：普通外皮+豆沙餡滾上糖粉在外面黑色真係有黑芝麻香內餡似蔴蓉包嘅餡好香，唔錯疫情下，餐廳提早關門8:30pm會催你埋單茶錢每人$7比普通茶樓貴雖然有8折但又加返我一二人埋單$2052人坐4人檯坐得非常舒適疫情下客唔多店員服務不錯，加水非常主動
