To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

自從疫情蔓延出外旅遊無法解凍,令人嚮往的日本已經兩年沒光顧,唯有選擇日本菜聊以慰藉。雖說大環境不太景氣,可是週五晚餐還是得提前一週訂位。服務人員態度專業熱情,環境清幽,有卡位有吧檯,日式餐廳風格。研究一下餐牌,發現套餐包括的種類很多,所以決定一步到位選擇套餐 - 鹿悅。開胃小菜 - 漬藕片,爽口清甜。隨後是套餐第一款 - 季節前菜。有青瓜,自家醬汁,看著似帶子但口感不同的材料,搭配得宜,非常開胃。跟著是刺身和清湯。主食和牛一齊上桌,雖是A3但一樣的嫩滑,跟白飯一起香口又減少肥膩。同場天婦羅,有炸蝦,蟹,魚,以及蔬菜蕃薯。吃完已經飽肚。甜品同時包含蛋糕和雪糕,相當有心,絕對是色香味俱全的季節料理。
