To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 上個禮拜即管嚟試一試。一入門口,焗到我暈。門口啲擺設已經封晒塵,不過嚟到諗住坐低即管一試。大佬,而家疫情啊,就算搭枱,都起碼空氣流通一啲啦。出邊陽光滲入你見到超多塵係直頭static 咁。已經知道空氣流通度超差。見到其實有吉枱,諗住問吓啊哥哥仔可唔可以調枱起碼空氣流通啲同衛生啲。點知仲串我,唔俾我轉。態度諷刺及極度差劣帶點高傲。好坦白講,如果有衛生局嘅人嚟睇過,肯定佢會封佢哋. 如果爆發新群組,肯定入過嚟呢間鋪食嘢嘅一定賴嘢. 我係醫務人員,絕對有資格講。衛生程度同佢嘅態度差劣到啲嘢食未嚟到我都頂唔順要走。我覺得疫情嘅時候佢咁嘅衛生同服務態度,唔覺得任何人就算佢啲嘢真係好食都應該去幫襯。
