傳統港式燒味店幾時都咁受歡迎。喺銅鑼灣登龍街的「大壹燒鵝」,更加係人氣熱點,皆因附近都係以食日本菜、西餐等。餐牌主要都係圍繞店舖名菜,馳名燒鵝。下午茶時間,人流超多。燒鵝瀨幾抵食。瀨粉好大碗,幼滑又唔碎。幾件燒鵝應該係併上。燒鵝皮薄身脆口,鵝肉嫩滑多汁,味道有層次不會很重調味。旁邊以榨菜絲代替油菜,爽口美味。鵝片飯另一款試咗鵝片飯。起咗骨,鵝片肉比較薄身,鵝肉味道芳香,有淡淡的炭燒味道。白飯比較乾身,唔算太吸引,不過好大碗。鹹檸七配燒味都幾夾😋大壹燒味三併(例牌)仲想試吓其他嘅燒味😋揀咗叉燒,燻蹄,燒腩仔叉燒厚切特別有口感,肉質夠腍,少少燶邊,偏少少肥就最正。燻蹄正常,沾醋汁酸酸甜甜最好吃。燒腩仔皮脆卜卜。但偏瘦,冇咗肥瘦相間嘅肥美~跟餐加嘅油菜好大碟!一次過食咗幾款馳名燒味相當滿足😋👍🏻🌟

白飯比較乾身,唔算太吸引,不過好大碗。
