To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

百聞不如一試......，都幾失望

經常都會經過這附近，不過多數會去食忠記粥、村爺爺湯飯、或者去創興放題。今日約咗人去睇樓，又經過附近，仲未食嘢，仲有少少時間，就拿拿林入去食碗麵。見有崩沙腩就叫碗崩沙腩麵試下，可能約咗人唔想人哋等，等咗成十分鐘先有得食，覺得出品真係好慢，感覺唔良好。講番出品，通常我都係食麵先，免得啲麵浸到林曬，沒有鹼水味，少少彈牙，都算中上；再到牛腩，都幾失望，崩沙腩都冇乜嘢崩沙(根膜)，仲有牛腩拍到好薄才切，又太過林，失望；最後個湯，唔夠牛骨味，又冇乜大地魚味，中規中矩。四十幾蚊，價錢唔平，亦唔算貴，都唔係幾抵；去潮x城食，又平啲，又好食，呢度會比下去。匆匆忙忙，忘記影相
