知道香港開咗幾多餃子專門店,今次黎灣仔試吓呢間嘅餃子係點樣。我見到餐牌入面有幾多唔同款式嘅餃子,配搭有啲都幾新穎同吸引。例如我叫咗至尊松茸豬肉餃子,由於唔想食煎餃子咁熱氣,揀咗湯餃子,配狀元九鼎湯湯底,松茸餃子飽滿,入面有白松露,都有黑松露,湯餃子清清地,點松茸醬會釣到豬肉同松茸嘅鮮味,而且醬料本身鹹鹹地,亦帶少少乾瑤柱味,點餃子食幾好食。個狀元九鼎湯餐牌寫咗用粉葛,鯽魚,鯪魚等材料煲成,見到個湯好濃,但係唔油膩,飲落都清清地,唔會太鹹,可以配餃子食,連埋湯一齊飲好滿足。兩個人食,仲叫咗一碟雙拼餃子,揀咗雲耳椰菜豬肉餃同埋元貝豬肉餃,雲耳椰菜切成絲,包埋豬肉做餡料,有菜有肉幾健康。元貝餃子就乾瑤柱絲撈埋豬肉入面,食落鹹鹹地,亦都食到瑤柱鮮味。個人比較鍾意食餃子,覺得呢間鋪頭餃子味道都唔錯,餡料都夠多,下次會再試一下其他款式。
