To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 常日聽人地講話十里洋場嘅🦀大閘蟹餐好唔錯,今年最後一餐大閘蟹就試咗佢啦~~😆先黎前菜拼盤🍽,有金絲小排骨、女兒紅醉雞、四喜烤麩、黑松露珍珠熏溏心蛋。小妹最鍾意小排骨,酸甜酸甜的,好開胃!十里蟹皇翅算係小妹食過嘅大閘蟹餐入面最足料嘅羹翅,真係食到蟹膏嘅味道,不過小妹覺得偏咸。 全個餐最欣賞嘅2道菜~~元貝芙蓉蟹斗同鮮蟹粉蝦球鍋巴。前者將蛋白同瑤柱蟹粉釀入蟹殼焗,蛋白好滑,配焗過嘅蟹粉香口又有鮮味😋。後者嘅鍋巴沾上咸蛋黃炸脆,食落脆卜卜好香口,加埋鮮蟹粉蝦球,好味到小妹好想encore🤣最後生拆蟹粉鮑魚撈飯,聽個名都矜貴。炒飯的確炒得唔錯夠乾身,不過蟹粉唔算好多,而且鮑魚仔食落有d似罐頭鮑魚個種 (雖然小妹都冇諗住佢會俾正鮑魚),但連普通鮑魚都唔係,失分咗d🙄。而甜品夠薑芝麻湯圓真係好夠薑味,湯丸大大粒口感煙韌😊至於主角呢?😮 唔知係咪已經到11月尾,大閘蟹冇我預期嘅咁正。雖然係有香濃嘅蟹膏味,不過蟹膏嘅份量相對少(好似三四両重嘅蟹嘅蟹膏份量 ,小妹覺得隻蟹公應該冇5両重🤔) 係有d失望啦。。。大家有機會去都係早d訂位早d去食囉。最後想講,雖然做會員可以以半價$388位享用套餐,不過計埋小

最後想講,雖然做會員可以以半價$388位享用套餐,不過計埋小食茶芥同原價加一,都要$500。。。最後埋單會感覺冇咁抵食,d tricky🤔
