食串燒一定要黎呢間,全部食物都好Juicy😍!平時好難食到d串燒係咁,一係就勁乾😥但係呢間出奇地好食,問左老闆點解可以咁好食,原來秘密就係火喉要控制得好好。題外話,老闆禮貌超好~又好人第一推薦:白鱔($40) 無骨 皮帶一點點脆口 一咬 勁多汁😍😍😍無諗過咁好食!另外,個娃娃菜都好好味,辣得黎又好似炒菜咁juicy! 第二推薦,生蠔($40)一咬落去好多汁😭又大大粒第三推薦,安格斯牛柳粒,中間唔係100%熟,但係咁先代表個火侯控制得好, 如果太熟個肉質就會好乾,呢個串燒一d都唔乾,好食!茄子,一如既往地好食,從來不會失敗之作。燒黃花魚(如果我無記錯的話)都 好好食同埋個魚皮唔淡,有少少鹹香味,食得出有調過味,喜歡食魚之人必點喔!
