To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

路經葵芳見客後找地方吃午飯，上次試過附近的刀削麵皇麻辣豬扒湯刀削麵非常出色。今次試下新嘢到它附近的醉鮮魚湯/豬骨湯專門店試試。最近工作繁忙，常常外出食飯。想多吃點青菜喝點湯補充一下營養及蔬菜纖維，幫助腸道消化。剛好下午茶時段，點了一份最愛的豬扒米線，在魚湯跟豬骨湯中選擇了後者。$35/份。加了$17點了一份濃湯時菜，可選生菜或菜心同樣選了後者。份量足，湯好喝不太咸，菜心配上魚濃湯份量也很足。豬扒配上辣油香口美味。性價比高的下午茶組合！下次來試試魚湯米線！
