To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今次輪到食他的午餐。叫了兩個行政套餐。有三粒點心、炒飯、魚羹和西米露等點心真的很精緻，燒賣蝦餃很好食，咸水角是一個蘋果的做形，非常有心思，就連托底的葉子也是可以食的。炒飯很惹味，粒粒飯分明，很好食。魚𡙡看似普通但都很好食。反而西米露相比下較為普通。今次因為小弟生日，所以餐廳為我送上自製曲奇及一個精美甜點，曲奇真的很好食。這裡的服務值得一提，很細心，無輪擺碟介紹都很到位，見到你喝了一半茶都會主動為你添滿，茶壺亦會為你加水。整體來說真的很值得一試。
