春天夏天無阻我打邊邊嘅決心,更何況我愛店之一今期有豬肚雞鍋底 ,call個friend陪我食麻辣鴛鴦。個鍋底好足料,好香胡椒、豬肚爽雞夠滑,淥野之前飲一碗超正。今期出左d春季養生菜同龍蝦拼盤,姬松茸菇煮熟仲好重松茸味,龍須筍係估唔到爽到有聲,喺香港算少食。鹽爆魚肚放豬肚鍋湯底吸哂汁超好味,至於其他海鮮,蟶子、珊瑚蚌都夠鮮味。有嫩牛肉、午餐肉、手打牛筋丸同黑松露手打魚滑,我都唔洗再食其阿肉類已經滿足,尤其是嫩牛肉係每次翻兜都好食。至於皇帝菜、淮山條、萵荀、苕粉,永無失準;有麻辣鍋點可以唔食苕粉,又滑又辣!仲有飲品都正啦,洛神花鮮橙特飲抵飲又酸酸甜甜,fit哂食火鍋。每次黎食d職員都係keep到水準咁好服務,呢間分店係好野黎。
