IFC入面有好多特色同高級餐廳,最近就去左【唐述】試下佢地既高級中菜。餐廳裝修超級高級同好靚、仲有D似迷宮同有好多打卡位。因爲係第一次食、就叫左佢地個世味人生set試下,呢個set已經包括左好多餐廳既招牌特色菜式,而且隔一段時間就會根據季節轉menu。慢煮泡椒蟶子皇:泡椒唔會好酸好辣、反而好香,蟶子好脆爽。草莓醬淮山.柑橘梅子番茄.香辣凍花甲:淮山加上草莓醬好特別、番茄假左柑橘梅子比較甜、少左番茄草青味。花甲肉質鮮嫩,凍食令花甲更加爽脆,唔會太辣、味道獨特。金腿雪燕甜豆芙蓉羹:整體湯底清甜有少少金華火腿味道、加上蛋白、雪燕有唔同口感、而甜豆爽甜。脆皮海參•鵝掌:脆皮海參用左黑竹碳皮去炸、海參有咬口。而鵝掌燉得好軟霖。珍寶珠:係用黎清理味蕾既雪葩、加左人蔘有少少苦味、桃膠清甜、層次特別非常清新。脆鱗馬友魚:完全無腥味、油脂重、皮好脆。秘制醬汁係菠菜、非常濃郁。茅台鮮蠔屈雞煲:係你面前用茅台炒嘅啫啫雞煲加特大鮮蠔、味道好香濃花膠甘栗珍菌炆飯:花膠換成竹笙,比較爽脆、裏面仲有各種菌菇類同栗子、加上豉油甜甜鹹鹹。萬壽薑茶鴛鴦湯圓:鴛鴦湯圓包括椰絲糖餡同黑芝麻,薑湯唔會太辣、再加上番薯,甜味適中
