To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 望落平平無奇,不過一口咬落,完全近乎無牙都可以食用的質感,就連軟骨位都可以用刀叉切開享用,原以為會好肥膩,但酸酸辣辣又起了平衡的作用。

河粉炒得好乾身,沒有多餘的油份,醬油亦上得均勻,牛肉不覺有化學成份,所以有少許結實,但問題不大,反而有嚼口的感覺。

本地鮮奶焦糖燉蛋 ($88)

LOCAL MILK CRÈME BRÛLÉE

食到尾聲都已經好飽,以本地食材炮製的甜品,點都要支持一下。
表面的一層焦糖都算幾薄,下面的燉蛋好香奶味,挑剔一點,質感能滑些小會更好。
