去石塘咀開工,喺附近搵間餐廳食個快飯,螺螄粉個名聽就聽咗好耐,不過未食過,今日朋友提意「不如試吓」,人生解鎖+1中午食飯時間好多人等外賣行入舖頭有陣特別嘅氣味,可以叫臭,亦可以叫香(?)🤣🤣研究咗陣餐牌,麵飯都可調節辣度:不辣/BB辣/小辣/中辣/大辣飯麵粉上配料有例如配有生菜、蘿蔔乾、酸筍、酸豆腐、炸腐皮、花生、蔥、木耳絲、芫醬等💫招牌鍋燒螺螄飯入口集有啲酸有啲辣嘅特殊氣味,啱送飯,整體胃口大開💫招牌鍋燒桂林米粉食法係先撈勻,再食粉,食完再飲湯👌🏻脆皮燒肉肥瘦肉46分佈,豬皮脆度剛好螺螄粉外形同米線好似,但更煙韌彈牙,口感唔錯💫炸蛋炸蛋蓋滿碗面,入口幾香,螺螄湯頭酸勁強烈,但無想像中咁臭,適合重口味人士,可以一試💫香酥蝦卷叫咗客小食,蝦卷外皮夠薄,爽脆
