同朋友仔約飯,都好想食燒肉,係九龍城行了兩條街,見到尼間店石一燒店面裝修舒服,空間亦夠大,兩人好快達成共識都想食,一齊點了個極上和牛盛會之二人套餐$698。先上了櫻花蝦味噌湯同沙律,前菜三品。前菜好特別,分別對應甜、酸、辣。甜味的是日本甜薯,甜薯表明裹了一层炸面糊,又甜又脆。酸味是凉拌的蘑菇。辣味是最正,辣的带子裙边好开胃。和牛擺盤好講究好靚。從左至右是菇盛會,三款和牛:歐洲和牛封門柳,日本九州a4和牛上前腿肉,日本九州a4和牛三角胸。歐洲和牛封門柳,顏色嫩紅,肉質偏精瘦,切得較厚身,雪花較少。係燒熱的岩石板上,每面煎四五十秒鎖了汁之後,蘸少少鹽,入口牛味足,燒得咁咁好唔會太老,肉質嫩得來又juicy。日本九州a4和牛上前腿肉同日本九州a4和牛三角胸,雪花好靚,分佈均勻,三角胸油花更勝一籌。稍稍煎一下油香四溢,牛味濃郁,帶少少奶味,好特別。煎好的和牛沾下店裡秘制的燒汁,與飯一齊入口,無疑是一大享受。甜品是抹茶雪糕。需要自己先用飲用水調開抹茶粉後,淋在雪糕上面,非常有儀式感。抹茶調開後在雪糕表面立刻凝固,同雪糕一齊食,竟然有抹茶白巧的口感,雪糕夠細膩,整體滿意!
