To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

試咗佢哋嘅星洲炒米同楊州炒飯。先講星洲炒米啦,一入口,咖喱嘅香氣喺口腔裡爆發,辣度同香氣平衡得啱啱好。米飯粒粒分明,唔會黏笠,配菜嘅蝦米同腸仔都好有嚼勁,增添咗唔少風味。同我之前喺其他茶餐廳食過嘅相比,呢度嘅星洲炒米更重咖喱味,好似喺新加坡街頭食到嘅咁正宗。再講楊州炒飯,雞蛋、火腿、蝦仁等配料豐富,每啖都充滿層次感。炒飯嘅火候掌握得好好,米飯外乾內軟,口感好正。但同正宗揚州菜館嘅炒飯相比,呢度嘅可能欠缺咗一啲精緻感。餐廳嘅外觀就普普通通啦,典型嘅香港茶餐廳風格。下午茶餐每款$50,包明火例湯同絲苗白飯,仲送咖啡或茶,性價比都算高。小缺點就係環境有啲嘈雜,服務速度有啲慢。但總體嚟講,呢度嘅食物味道唔錯,好啱想快速食餐飽又想試下唔同地方美食嘅朋友。其實,每次食呢啲融合各地特色嘅美食,都會有種奇妙嘅感覺。好似喺星洲炒米嘅咖喱香裡,我能感受到新加坡那種多元文化交織嘅活力;而喺楊州炒飯嘅味道中,又能體會到中國傳統美食嘅深厚底蘊。呢啲味道,就好似喺舌尖上展開嘅一場旅行,帶我遊走於唔同嘅國度同文化之間,真係好有趣。
