To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 繼上次食評 - 石門三選一的煌苑後,今次襯著復活節假期到石門第二間中式酒樓富臨皇宮試試。今天中午去飲茶,由於這𥚃有不少食肆,加上這𥚃遠離住宅區,最近只有石門邨,所以假期也不用等位。點心拼盤($38)論價錢,都算扺食,有七件點心,包括蝦餃、燒賣、菜苗餃、潮洲粉果、黑芝麻蓉飽、义燒飽及紅棗膏各一件,質素只是一般,但就可以一次過試齊數種點心的味道。鮑汁炆鳯爪($38)賣相已經不大吸引,汁料亦只有豉油味,很咸。家鄉煎薄餠(中點$19)薄餅個漿太厚,煎得唔夠乾身。特式煎腸粉(大點$23)腸粉有啲部分煎得很硬很乾,而且上到枱時己晤夠熱。南瓜煎堆仔(中點$19)這個煎堆是最好吃的,雖然南瓜味不太重,但煎堆火喉剛剛好,又不太油。乳鴿($28.8)乳鴿顏色不大討好,味道都可以,都幾大隻。
