To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

確實幾入味，滷水味濃😯

去觀音廟還神後，係開呢頭男友話一定要過黎食，都好幾年無食喇..一坐底未叫野已有兩個例湯到，大大碗，味道就一般。諗左一陣食沙姜雞定五花腩好，都係決定食五花腩😀難得黎到食滷水嘛～其實睇返餐牌，價錢覺得都OK，依家一個普通燒味飯都要$30-40蚊，佢d碟頭又大，我又覺得算抵食。男友叫的鵝脾鵝腸飯，睇佢食得好滋味，我就試左鵝腸幾香而且量都多。這個是我的五花腩飯，滷水五花腩幾入味，口感都有層次，最表面一層煙un，之後肥肉油香有口感，中間肉嫩，再一層肥肉後就瘦肉。唯獨覺得有少部分位置瘦肉位會有d痴牙，其他都還好。另外又是不好意思，一個女仔食一碟飯，太多了，下次應該叫小飯至得。講埋佢個伴菜，鹹酸菜係幾正，味道適中，唔會太over,就咁食都得，難怪見到其他客人會叫多鹹酸菜👀豆腐就豆味香濃，嫩滑的，伴碟既都好大舊。
