To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 香港夜景世界聞名，吃飯時要對著無遮無檔世界夜景，何價？這兒大家絕對消費得起，平均每位$150左右。夜景陪伴，吃什麼也是美味。地點有點難去，泊車在西九文化區，平日晚上更顯夜欄瑟靜，車場只泊了幾輛零落車輛。步行幾分鐘，轉過黑暗角落就是，餐廳點綴微弱燈光，正確的。以免破壞世界夜景。侍應都是外籍人士。點了pizza and pasta 各一客，味道適中，可以接受，沒有太多挑剔地方。 pasta有pasta 味，汁太多，濃厚點較好。pizza太乾，如餅乾，噴一點水才入爐焗會更好。始終各客口味不同，總括這裡是吃景談心，菜式只是伴奏，吃什麼也值再來。
