講起福建菜都會令人諗起傳統既中式餐廳,但係位於IFC既四口,就截然不同。雖然提供福建菜,但係餐廳既裝修反而時尚簡潔,又以鮮明既螢光橙色作主調,比人感覺好年輕,反而似去左一間文青CAFÉ用餐!提起福建菜,又點少得海鮮呢!呢排佢地推出左新既季節menu,主要係食蠔既,我地都揀左兩款黎試下!✨鮮炸紫菜海蠣用左紫菜黎取代平時既炸槳,感覺冇咁heavy。紫菜炸到超脆,味道濃郁;而蠔都幾大隻,肉質解嫩。兩樣野夾埋口感好豐富!✨福建鮮海蠣煮泗粉泗粉其實姐係薯粉,配上蠔、豬肉、鮮菇等熬煮而成。個湯非常濃厚,薯粉口感滑溜彈牙,索哂啲湯汁,味道非常鮮味!✨姬松茸竹苼排骨湯&黑蒜粒燉排骨湯好少地方有燉湯飲,所以今次同朋友叫左一人一盅。兩盅湯既配料都唔少,見到大大舊排骨,姬松茸竹苼排骨湯顏色比較淺,味道比較鮮甜。而黑蒜粒燉排骨湯飲落比較香,而且仲有少少既胡椒辣味,啱冬天飲!✨鮑魚紅燒肉上面三隻大鮑魚,口感彈牙。而紅燒肉係肥瘦相間既腩肉黎,豬皮已經炆到入口即化,而味道方面,甜得黎食到少少果香,中和左肥肉膩既感覺。而且配菜仲有啲菠蘿、無花果等,可以去除紅燒肉既油膩感覺!

✨鮮炸紫菜海蠣
用左紫菜黎取代平時既炸槳,感覺冇咁heavy。紫菜炸到超脆,味道濃郁;而蠔都幾大隻,肉質解嫩。兩樣野夾埋口感好豐富!

✨福建鮮海蠣煮泗粉
泗粉其實姐係薯粉,配上蠔、豬肉、鮮菇等熬煮而成。個湯非常濃厚,薯粉口感滑溜彈牙,索哂啲湯汁,味道非常鮮味!
