呢間有獨立房嘅日本菜私密度高,店員有禮,為客人細心介紹每一道菜,熱食嘅食物用料上乘,質素極高。前菜三味擺盤精美,有日本白粟米,黑海螺同埋日本髮菜山芋蓉。味道由淡至濃,先食白粟米,清新味甜。山芋蓉配上梅醬,比較特別,黑海螺則充滿鮮味。主食牛肉壽喜燒牛肉半生熟放置鍋上,加入蛋液就要趕緊吃了,此時肉質剛好,非常嫩滑。湯底內配有冬菇、大蔥、金菇同埋娃娃菜。炸黑豚肉黑豚肉沾上麵包粉下油炸得酥脆,沾上特製醬汁或沙律醬一起吃,滿滿東京風味。汁燒牛肉大推呢塊牛肉,鮮嫩多汁,口感細膩,汁料甜甜哋,仲加入蘿蔔蓉,汁料滿多香噴噴,充滿整片牛肉,作為點綴。食咗黑芝麻同埋紅豆雪糕,仲好耐無飲過波子汽水,非常懷舊!🛎️必試指數:9/10🔆
