To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 天氣開始轉涼,係時候打邊爐。安排位置方面,等位等左半個鐘,先入到。我地有7個人計埋bb,俾6人卡位我地,有bb車又唔可以放兩邊,因為係用黎擺食物車,搞到要抱住bb打邊爐。其實餐廳可以俾8人卡位我地,但可能佢地覺得浪費左兩個爐賺錢。😔食物方面,我地都幾滿意。一人一鍋,自選湯底,我地叫左鰹魚湯底,野菌湯底,豆乳湯底,湯底各有特色,值得一提的是鰹魚則係柴魚乾。雞軟骨滑好特別,肉類選擇多,個人最喜歡美國牛,而豚肉眼肉質就比較實,口感無咁好。食到尾,就可以跟推介加個飯同配料,用湯底煮個飯,好好食。邊爐黎講的確比較貴,但食物有特色,如安排座位方面有改善,絕對會再返黎食。
