呢次試咗三款煲仔菜,每款都好有特色,味道各有千秋✅廣式臘味煲仔飯一上枱就已經聞到陣陣臘味香,勁吸引!個飯煮得幾好,粒粒分明,唔會太乾又唔會太濕,啱啱好。臘腸甜甜地,有啲油香但唔覺得膩,臘肉就香口有嚼勁,帶少少煙燻味。最正梗係個鍋巴啦,煲底燒到脆脆地,帶啲焦香味,淋埋豉油之後鹹甜啱啱好,成個飯加埋啲臘味,真係好滿足✅黑松露雞煲呢個煲幾特別,雞件好多啖啖肉,用滑雞,蒸得啱啱好,肉嫩滑又入味。黑松露香氣係個靈魂,濃郁夠味,令整個煲都多咗層高級感✅瑤柱蝦米雜菜煲呢個就健康又家常,特別啱想清清地食嘅人。啲雜菜好豐富,有娃娃菜、冬菇、紅蘿蔔嗰啲,煮到淋身但又唔會爛晒,仲保持住啲菜原本嘅清甜味。瑤柱同蝦米嗰啲鮮香味滲晒入啲菜入面,湯底飲落都係滿滿鮮甜味
