美味子是晚慶祝同朋友N先生食飯,N先生發板去咗試鐵板燒,好啱呢種秋冬乾爽既天氣燒嘢食😋呢間鐵板燒有三間分店,我哋book左方便大家嘅呢間觀塘分店,位置有啲隱秘不過都好易去,而且都好多人book, 美味子第一次打去諗住預二、三日前book都full 左,所以有興趣嘅foodie最好預一星期前預訂會穩陣啲。夜晚有二個套餐揀或散叫,套餐一個係限定和牛盛宴二人前,另一個係固有既盛·鐵板二人前,比較多海鮮,有長腳蟹同三揀一多一款海鮮(有鐵板燒活龍蝦🦞,澳洲大鮑魚同粒貝揀),美味子我哋選擇咗後者因為想食龍蝦😋😋😋。一開始會先有前菜(每人兩片鴨胸肉)加季節沙律🥗開開胃,之後就再食返個刺身五點(廚師會介紹返由淡味既剌身開始食到濃味既);咁就會正式開始我哋嘅板燒之旅:阿拉斯加長腳蟹腳 - juicy, 軟熟厚身👍🏻白鱈魚 - 燒到啱啱好,魚肉唔會散開,魚肉面脆卜卜,好味😋日本和牛厚燒 - 可揀5成或7成熟,撈埋大炸蒜片加wasabi, 正😄洒煮帶子 - 清淸地,帶子切到好多「格格」,多左surface area 索晒d洒,係幾入味嘅👍🏻鐵板燒活龍蝦 - 多肉同燒到好香,燒完會切到一塊塊,加埋廚師自己調味

甜品 - 雪糕(有綠茶/芝麻/朱古力)+招牌沙糖多士,夾埋一齊食,正😍

燒下燒下都食左差唔多三個鐘,好飽!好啱同朋友邊食邊吹水。一間房一個廚師大概serve 8位客人,如果多人數可考慮book 銅鑼灣旗艦店會大地方啲。
