To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 元朗食飯四圍都好多人排隊, 呢間好多元朗人都會黎緊魚一緊係又大排長龍!😅等左我地大半個鐘上左佢地樓上二人坐位食, 坐位之間距離很少, 職員出入來來往往, 不過入黎前都預左呢樣🤫叫左的壽司, 刺生沙律仲有雞軟骨, 所有魚生都唔錯生鮮既, 芥末係自家磨製好味!👍🏾但雞軟骨炸既油好似用千年油炸, 出黎效果比較深色但食落香口既, 兩個人食左$400幾, 如果壽司店係元朗都有好多間, 呢間會係值得推介既, 如果佢的位係可以寛的同乾淨的會更加好!
