To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晏就食到好飽,夜晚又唔知食咩好,於是係chicken factory 🐓買個輕食下午茶,夜晚當晚餐食。迷你海南雞飯 ($29,另跟野飲)呢間係用油飯,食落去好香,但唔知點解,雞肉冇以前咁滑,雞皮有少少肥,但勝在啖啖肉,冇咩骨,仲有d乾蔥係面,食落都幾惹味。另外,我地驚唔夠飽,仲加配$12焗薯🥔同埋$18瑞士雞翼🐥。先講瑞士雞翼,$18共有三隻瑞士雞翼,味道正正常常,甜甜既瑞士汁,都幾開胃😋。另外一定要推介就係佢地家既焗薯🥔,必點👍,焗薯連埋皮一齊焗,所以食落去有兩種口感,外皮焗到焦香,再加少少鹽點綴,簡簡單單,十分好食,令你忍唔住一啖接著一啖食唔停,十分推介😍。
