To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 翻工係香港仔翻,突然間想食下叉燒,就入左去。呢間店都算比較多座位同寬躺。姐姐幾好人,問食啲咩,同行同事食嘢比較腌尖,又唔食飯食面,又轉咩轉咩,姐姐都要用機落單,又會重覆一次。我自己就叫左個普通叉燒燒肉飯,好明顯見到個份量不多。燒肉都脆既,叉燒就略為普通,可能要有少少肥肉會好食啲。不過不失的一餐。
