To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食印尼菜,都唔知道係咪正宗,但係就見到好多唔同國籍嘅人喺入面食,都幾多人。坐就唔係幾舒服,要搭枱,比較迫夾。叫咗個斑蘭雞飯,雞係滑,重雞味,不過就比較咸,跟咗兩個醬汁,一個係甜豉油,一個應該係印尼醬,酸酸辣辣。雞較咸,所以要跟飯食。另外,叫咗個沙爹豆卜串,可能因為塗咗醬,所以唔係脆嘅,但味道都唔錯,不過都係比較重口味啲。叫咗杯金桔青瓜冰,因為驚佢太甜,所以叫咗少甜,感覺都OK,都幾Fresh。埋單,$136 ,較貴。
