琴晚約左朋友,幫佢買啲野跟住食飯,今次試呢間專門食串燒嘅鳥魂,專食雞嘅串燒店,記得,係專食雞原本book左9點,但早左到都入得,因為都唔多人,訂位時已講會食廚師發辦:前菜、廚師沙律、燒鳥十二串串燒、燒飯團雞濃湯茶漬及手作甜品串燒十二串當中包括最少兩串稀有部位、三串野菜、其餘燒烏去到佢仲推介吞拿魚面頰同南非鮑魚,我地揀左前者,仲點左支白桃酒,因為食串燒冇理由唔飲下酒雞皮天使蝦燒雞皮雞肉三角白露荀無骨手羽鹽燒吞拿魚面頰雞尾雞心角瓜雞腎蔥蔥雞卷肉月見雞肉軟骨棒燒山藥茶漬雞肉/三文魚飯團黑芝麻/抹茶雪糕以上按串燒順序,同下圖對應我唔逐串評了,基本上每串都有水準,應該係全部生燒,朋友唔太食燒雞心同腎,所以我要「接收」晒,唔食擺喺度唔太尊重廚師,我ok嘅,心同腎都唔錯,好有「野」味,一試何妨吞拿魚面頰都好有油香,燒得啱啱好雞尾係Patpat兩邊嘅肉,完全唔騷,食落好油香埋單$1905,值得試下,全雞串燒
