To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 第一次食，睇個Menu好靚，食物種類又好豐富吸引，地方環境唔錯！我係點左「千層麵」+凍奶茶，而我屋企人係點左「紅酒雞飯」+熱阿華田。我哋去食嘅時間係1:30pm，所以唔係好多人，咁岩見到侍應所以我哋就搵咗位坐，差唔多行到個位時，有個男侍應見到我哋，就好有禮貌咁話：「隨便坐」，差唔多由頭到尾都係呢位男士應服務我哋。呢間餐廳係自己去點餐，之後佢哋會比個牌你，由侍應送餐。雖然等左差唔多10mins，有少少耐，好彩嘢飲黎先，可以飲下，我同我屋企人係睇緊一本雜誌，之後個男侍應送餐黎，喺我哋後面好有禮貌咁同我地講：「唔好意思，你地點嘅餐到咗」。雖然服務係好好，但啲嘢食真係好一般，我個千層麵好硬，同埋佢嘅味同一般出面嘅味道唔同（唔知係咪佢哋有唔同嘅整法或者材料，始終我都係第一次食），奶茶就同出面一樣都好飲，不過好似奶比較多（我冇落糖）。
