Restaurant: 集眾菜館
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

集眾係一間我好鐘意既餐廳，我欣賞佢地既菜色可以做到每一道都係標準以上，唔會有邊款特別差，點菜都唔洗太煩惱，某D菜仲好有驚喜tim🤓今次係我第二次去食，3個人點左4道菜： 咕嚕肉：第二次泥，都係要食佢！佢最強係做到外皮非常鬆脆，但炸漿好薄，唔係到到食到；另外，調味非常好，甜酸醬掛汁做得好好！ 😋小炒王：呢個係我最想回頭再食既一道菜，比很多餐廳都做得出色。佢用料講究：佢用左芋頭絲，炸得非常脆；韮菜花非常幼嫩爽脆；蝦乾唔會太咸，林林地。組合起泥非常好食，口感同味道都係一絕！ 🥹黃金魷魚：佢既黃金醬好濃，魷魚炸過，皮係薄同脆，口感非常好。 🤩辣子炸大腸：呢個大腸好出色，辣椒主要係乾椒，食落唔會太辣，野味既；大腸炸得好脆，內里好柔軟，口感非常之好！ 🤤
