To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第2次食，有進步但還有改善部分

第1次食係公司週年晚宴，個時公司包半場自助餐，個時覺得凍海鮮一般又補貨補得慢，吞拿魚有根，湯唔夠熱等等問題。。。事隔兩年再次食，以上問題全部都改善左外，亦增加左唔少熟食，給客人選擇，值得讚許但有少量食物係需要改善，牛扒太過肥，凍海鮮蟹腳解凍過左弄，無晒蟹同海水味，仲有甜品比起上一次食選擇少左同味道差左
