To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 裕民坊新開咗牛角放題店，今日5點先攞飛，等到7:30先入座😖😖我都覺得自己好有耐性，為咗食可以去到幾盡呢～我哋揀咗Level 3 美國和牛（$408）食100分鐘，好在用app 落單好快上菜！用匯豐卡仲可以送如每人各一客A5和牛同海鮮（帶子同埋蝦）。和牛喺美國SPF安格斯和牛，個人覺得一般般啦，合格嘅，但冇我想像中咁好食！反而平少少Level 2嘅牛我覺得仲有牛味, 可以唔使食到咁貴。必叫嘅係溫泉蛋我哋嗌左三個，因為可以攞嚟當蛋醬汁撈肉食😆☺️呢個好食！推介炸芝士蜜糖年糕，日式燒年糕！因為我好鍾意食年糕煙煙煙韌🥰😍唔推薦嘅係關西唐揚雞串，大概熟食炸物都唔係太吸引都係燒嘢食好D😌雪糕係北海道3.6牛乳，同埋蘋果味揀，我就要咗個扭紋兩隻味都有！感覺清新又開胃😋整體都ok嘅，如果唔使等咁耐就更加好！金會員就最正最快攞到位，其次就係3-5人位，最後就係等得最耐嘅兩人位。
