To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 星期六去食，六點三到去拎飛已經有好多人等緊喇，我地3個人，都要等7張枱到😔因為等位位實在大逼，所以落左去行陣先，差唔多有位嘅時候，店員會再打黎通知，十分鐘內上返去就得👍🏻大約六點九到店員通知仲有3張枱，諗住應該差唔多，所以上返去等😛點知呢最後等到七點半先入座😵用餐時間就兩個鐘，都ok嘅，平時好多餐廳都係個半鐘，食飽就要趕住走，坐陣講多再句都唔得🙈呢間分店感覺上好似大過tst店，空間感大d，感覺上私隱度都高d，大聲d笑都得😂呢間店都有dinner set, 有$238, $348,$508 但因為$238餐無肉得菜，$348餐加埋一，成$400一個人，唔係好抵，所以散叫就算☺️我地一人一煲，三個都係藥膳湯底，其實成好多款湯底嘅，但見天氣開始轉涼，所以就食呢個，當補一補😂💪🏻店員拎窩湯底過黎，之係再有一個盤，有9格，嗰9格就係擺住d藥材落窩👍🏻👍🏻d藥材滾兩滾已經岀晒味，好香😌😌散叫左好多野食，五款肉，兩款丸，野菜盛合，兩個烏冬同豆腐麵，另加三杯野飲😋牛胸腹肉、熊本豚肉眼、牛肋肉、上級牛肋肉、熊本豚梅肉，所有肉都好靚，起碼最基本有牛味，有豬味😊因為岀面好多餐廳話自己d牛係邊度邊度黎，但食落

呢間分店感覺上好似大過tst店，空間感大d，感覺上私隱度都高d，大聲d笑都得😂呢間店都有dinner set, 有$238, $348,$508 但因為$238餐無肉得菜，$348餐加埋一，成$400一個人，唔係好抵，所以散叫就算☺️
