To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 之前食過九龍灣分店覺得普通,今次就試下筲箕灣店。一去到門口已經有人龍,排左十分鐘左右就有位,店內裝飾睇得出都有啲歷史,牆上好多明星簽名同poster。今次就試左老外早餐($48),個炒蛋分量好多,多到遮住晒下面既粟米,茄汁豆無特別,但我鍾意佢用兜裝住,唔會搞到其他野食都變晒茄汁豆味🤣薯餅仲熱架👍🏻脆卜卜咁好正(˶‾᷄ ⁻̫ ‾᷅˵)將炒蛋夾落多士到一齊食簡直完美。常餐($47)可以轉牛肉意粉,唔洗加錢架,跟餐叫左太陽蛋🍳,真係煎得好靚👍🏻👍🏻第一次見湯意粉個陣覺得好怪,食多幾次又覺得ok,但一定要加胡椒粉,如果唔係個湯底有啲普通。我覺得整體質素比九龍灣個間好好多,唔知係咪因為呢間係總店所以質素好啲呢😆😆

常餐($47)可以轉牛肉意粉,唔洗加錢架,跟餐叫左太陽蛋🍳,真係煎得好靚👍🏻👍🏻第一次見湯意粉個陣覺得好怪,食多幾次又覺得ok,但一定要加胡椒粉,如果唔係個湯底有啲普通。
