香港有唔少壽喜燒嘅專門店，不過又有幾多間做得好食呢？🇯🇵見到呢間Sukiyakiya一直大壽好評，所以同朋友專登過嚟試一試。嚟之前已經上網做咗功課，聽講叫最貴嘅特選黑毛和牛(A5)食到最尾會膩得滯😆所以我哋分別揀咗$619嘅黑毛和牛同埋$529嘅赤身肉。都算係冇揀錯， $619嘅和牛，油脂已經好充足，入口有溶化嘅感覺。而赤身肉就牛味比較突出，反而我鍾意赤身肉呢個多啲🤣成個set賣相都好靚嘅，連蔬菜拼盤都一樣擺放得整齊，用壽喜燒汁煮起一樣都咁好味。前菜更加唔使講，一流。我只係略嫌個甜品，係雲呢拿雪糕，hea咗啲😅
