To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

過年過節食太多肉，今日過節，就唔燒肉邊爐啦。來食豚x，有肉有刺身有瓜蔬。之前試過幾次刺身飯，今日就試下天婦羅，配搭其他配菜。天婦羅份量都唔少，大大碗味增湯，有涼拌唔知咩沙律菜，海鮮蛋碗，唔錯，次次都有叫。配菜刺身份量唔多唔少，剛剛好，都算新鮮。天婦羅大大件，質素都ok，品種繁多。飯後還有個透明黑頭涼粉結尾。試過好幾次呢間，服務人員都幾好，反應迅速，但之前可以用商場現金券，最近幾個月就唔得了，希望以後可以參與翻，會多d幫襯。
