To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

有時一人或者兩人都較難叫嘢食。此餐廳一人前都幾吸引，晚飯時間人不算多，空間感十足。清酒可以小杯，無需半瓶起，合理。天婦羅單點都幾多花款，可惜是日在下一人，食唔落太多。御膳和牛似乎是全餐，即刻於手機下訂單。刺身有蝦，帶子和三文魚。和牛大概四片，蛋黃和豆腐鋪在醬汁上。青菜似乎不多，跟圖片有少少差距。擺盤精緻，日本米充滿飯香，大碗醬湯中滿多肉片，配上火鍋的甜汁一鹹一甜。甜品是黑糖啫喱，清甜透亮，炎炎夏日消暑解渴。一人食便飯的好地方。
